In the late 90’s, as a student at Florida Gulf Coast University, Onur began his career by repairing computers. Through this humble beginning, he quickly established himself as someone that knows how to optimize business efficiency and profitability by utilizing cutting-edge hardware and software. As a student, he created his first of several businesses.
In 2004, Onur founded Benseron Information Technologies, a point-of-sale system for restaurants. He went on to create Hybrid Payments and LINGA, a cutting-edge POS originally designed to service the world-famous pizza chain, Papa John’s.
After almost two decades of building these tech companies, he sold Hybrid and Linga to Financial Institution in 2022. Since the sale, Onur has focused on establishing and building his life-long mission of establishing a 501c3 charity dedicated to addressing the challenges faced by the most vulnerable children in the world.
Onur brings unique leadership to the 2L Foundation by combining decades of experience in the technology business sector. He is deeply committed to the 2L mission and believes that every child deserves access to education, healthcare, and basic needs, regardless of their circumstances. His vision is to create a world where children have the opportunity to reach their full potential.
